Where is your team, and when can I reach you?
Our team works from Dhaka, Bangladesh. Most work happens in writing in your project channel, so time zones matter less than you'd think. Your project manager confirms the live call windows on day one.
Will you ever talk to my client?
No. We never contact, pitch or accept work from your clients, during the partnership and for 24 months after. It is in the contract, with a penalty. If your client asks who built the site, the answer is your team.
How do you check quality?
Every build is tested before you see it: accessibility to WCAG 2.2 AA, speed, schema, forms, tracking and real devices. Bugs found within 30 days of delivery are fixed free.
What if a ship date moves?
Every request has an agreed ship date in writing. If something on our side puts it at risk, we tell you before the date, with the reason and a new date in writing.
Am I locked into a contract?
No. You can buy single items with no plan at all. Plans bill monthly, and annual prepay gets you 2 months free.
