Questions agencies ask before signing

01. Can you design from scratch, or only build our designs?

Both. Bring finished Figma and we build it pixel-accurate. Or bring wireframes, content, or a one-paragraph brief and our designers take it from idea to approved design first. You sign off at wireframe and at final design.

02.How does white-label work exactly?

We work behind your agency's branding. We never communicate with your clients, never appear in emails, files, or footers. We use your project tools, your tone, and your brand. If your client asks who built the site, the answer is 'our team.'

03. Which platforms do you cover?

WordPress (all major builders plus custom themes), Webflow (Designer, CMS, interactions), and Framer. One plan covers all of them. Send WordPress work one week and Framer the next.

04. Who actually does the work?

A senior-only team of designers, developers, and project managers. Minimum five years of agency-grade experience, no junior tier. The same dedicated PM and team every time.

05.What does on time or the hours are free mean?

Every request gets an agreed ship date when it is scoped. Ship late for any reason on our side and the hours on that request are credited on your next report, automatically.

06. What if it is not a fit?

That is what the trial week is for: 2 or 3 real tasks, five days, no payment. If we are not a fit, you keep the work and we part friends.
