PHASE 01 — THE INTRO CALL

Day zero. Fifteen minutes. No pitch

This is not a sales call. It’s a diagnostic.

We listen to three things:

Based on your answers, we tell you which tier fits your setup —
or, honestly, whether DevHush is the wrong partner for you right now.

If there’s a fit, we suggest the trial week as the next step.
If there isn’t, we tell you that directly and save us both the time.

Most intro calls end in 12 minutes.

The call is with Alamin (founder) for Business-tier prospects,
or with a senior PM for Starter and Pro inquiries.
Most intro calls end in 12 minutes.

PHASE 02 — THE TRIAL WEEK

Days one through seven. Real work. No payment

This is where most agencies decide whether DevHush is the right
partner. Not from a pitch deck — from the actual work.

DAY 1
You send us 2–3 real tasks

Real client work, not test projects. We need real tasks to give you real signal about how we communicate, how fast we ship, and how good the work is.You send them however you normally would — Figma file, Loom, written brief in Slack, or even an email with a screenshot.

DAYS 2–5
We deliver in your stack

We set up a shared workspace in whatever tool you use. Your assigned PM confirms scope within 24 hours, then the developer gets to work. You see progress updates daily. You get staging URLs to review
as work ships. You have direct access to the PM for any
questions. The PM and developer assigned to your trial week are the same
ones you'd work with long-term — this isn't a bait-and-switch.

DAY 5–7
We review together

A short call (15–20 minutes) to walk through:

  • What was shipped
  • What you liked
  • What you'd change
  • Whether there's a mutual fit

If yes, we discuss the 6-month engagement and start onboarding
immediately. If not, you keep the work we built — no charge,
no hard feelings, no follow-up emails.

Speak in deliverables, not effort.

The trial week is only for agencies seriously considering a 6 or 12- month engagement. It’s not a free sample – it’s a capability proof. We invest real developer time, so we ask for real tasks in return. Most trial weeks convert: about 7 out of 10 agencies who complete the trial become long-term partners.
PHASE 03 — ONBOARDING

Days seven through twenty-one. Full integration

By the end of week three, working with DevHush should feel like we’ve been on your team for months. Here’s the exact sequence.

Welcome email from Alamin

Personal email, not automated. What happens next, who your PM is, and Alamin’s direct email for anything that feels off.

PM introduction

Your PM sends the intake document (12 questions, 15 minutes),your shared workspace link, and the kickoff call booking link.

90-second Loom from your PM

Walks you through the workspace, the intake doc, and what to expect at the kickoff. Personal, casual, unscripted.

Kickoff call (30 minutes)

Your PM audits your workflow: tools, client list, brand guidelines, brief format preferences, communication rhythm. We adapt to you, not the other way around.

First official task ships

Your first “real” (post-trial) task ships. Same quality as the trial. Same speed. This is the proof that the trial wasn’t a show.

Tool integration complete

PM has full access to your project tool, knows your team’s names, understands your client list, and has built an intake template specific to your agency.

14-day check-in

A short async message from your PM: “What’s working? What’s not? What would you change?” Honest answers help us calibrate fast.

Fully embedded

By week three, the PM knows your clients’ brand guidelines, your team’s preferences, and your internal vocabulary. Working with DevHush should feel like working with a senior team member who happens to be remote.

This timeline is real — it’s the exact sequence every one of our 65+ agency partners went through. We don’t skip steps.

PHASE 04 — ONGOING DELIVERY

Months one through six. The rhythm

Once onboarding is done, this is what every week looks like.

Daily

Weekly

Monthly

The goal of ongoing delivery is simple: you stop thinking about WordPress. It just works. Every week. Every month. Predictable, quiet, behind your brand.

PHASE 05 — LONG-TERM PARTNERSHIP

Month six and beyond. When it stops feeling like outsourcing

By month six, most of our agency partners stop thinking of DevHush as a “vendor.” We’ve shipped dozens of tasks together, we know their clients’ brand guidelines by heart, and our PM speaks their agency’s internal language.

This is where the relationship shifts from transactional to strategic. We’re not just executing tasks anymore — we’re actively contributing to how the agency operates.

The agencies that stay with DevHush for 2+ years share one trait:they forgot what life was like before us. That’s not marketing. That’s 65 data points.

FAQ

Questions about the process

From the moment you book an intro call to the first taskshipping, the fastest path is about 48 hours if you skip straight to the trial week. If you do the full onboarding, the first official task ships within 3–5 days.

Whatever is easiest for you. Most agencies send us one of three things: a Figma file with annotations, a Loom video walking us through what they need, or a written brief in their project.

Whatever is easiest for you. Most agencies send us one of three things: a Figma file with annotations, a Loom video walking us through what they need, or a written brief in their project tool. We don't require a specific format — but we do provide a brief template if you want one.

Your dedicated PM. They're your single point of contact for scope, timeline, status, and coordination. On Business tier, you also have direct access to the developers. On Pro and Starter, the PM routes everything.

All client knowledge is documented in a living Client Profile that's updated continuously. If your PM changes, the transition happens over 1 week with overlap — the outgoing PM introduces the incoming PM, walks them through your setup, and stays available for questions during the transition.

Every task starts with a scope confirmation before work begins. If a request grows beyond the original scope, we tell you immediately — before doing the additional work — and let you decide whether to expand or keep it as scoped. We never surprise-bill for scope changes.

Our core team operates on Bangladesh Standard Time (GMT+6). We have significant overlap with European working hours and late-morning overlap with US East Coast. All communication is async-first, so timezone rarely matters in practice. When live calls are needed, we schedule in your timezone.

Yes — we offer project-based pricing for agencies that aren't ready for a subscription. Starting at $497 for single-page projects and $2,500 for full site builds. Many agencies start with a project and move to subscription once they see the work.

We don't currently offer pause functionality — your tier reserves dedicated capacity, so pausing would mean reassigning your team. If you anticipate a slow month, you can stockpile tasks or downgrade temporarily and upgrade back when volume returns. Upgrades take effect immediately.

Three layers. First, every task is assigned to a senior developer with 5+ years of agency-grade WordPress experience — we don't have junior tiers. Second, every deliverable is reviewed by the PM before it ships to you. Third, the Client Profile document ensures every developer who touches your work knows your standards, preferences, and client context.
How it works

Now you know exactly how it works

The fastest path: book a 15-minute intro call. We’ll diagnose your setup, recommend a tier, and — if there’s a fit — start the trial week within 48 hours.
Or skip the call entirely. Send us 2–3 real tasks and let the work speak for itself.
