Frequently Asked Questions

Everything you need to know about working with DevHush. Find answers to common questions about our development plans, maintenance services, and how we work with agencies.
01. How do we collaborate and communicate?
We adapt to your workflow. Most clients use Trello, ClickUp, Asana, Slack, or our client portal. You can expect updates within 24–48 hours on active projects. We’re flexible and transparent.
We build in WordPress and Webflow. On WordPress: Figma to WordPress conversions, custom themes, page-builder builds (Elementor, Divi, Avada, Flatsome, Gutenberg), plugin customization and WooCommerce stores. On Webflow: Figma to Webflow builds, CMS collections, interactions, Webflow Ecommerce and Memberships. Across both: migrations in either direction, speed and Core Web Vitals work, and ongoing care plans.
Small sites or landing pages take a few days. Full websites with custom functionality typically take 2–3 weeks. Complex projects are scoped individually with clear timelines.
Yes, 100% white-label. We work quietly behind your agency’s brand. Your clients will never know we exist. We sign NDAs and keep everything confidential.
Yes. Figma is our most common starting point, and we also work from Adobe XD, Sketch, Zeplin or PSD. We build pixel-accurate to your design in WordPress or Webflow, and we don’t redesign unless you ask us to.
We offer flexible maintenance plans for ongoing updates, edits, and improvements. You can also request one-time fixes or enhancements as needed.
01. What does your maintenance plan include?
For WordPress sites: core, plugin and theme updates tested before deployment, daily backups, uptime and security monitoring, malware scans, database and image optimization, broken link fixes, a monthly Core Web Vitals check and a white-labeled monthly report. For Webflow sites: content and CMS updates, design fixes, form and integration checks, SEO and redirect upkeep, uptime monitoring, a backup snapshot before every change and the same white-labeled monthly report. Both from $97 per site per month.
We take security seriously. We sign NDAs when requested, implement best-practice security measures, and perform daily off-site backups with 90-day retention. Your data is safe with us.
Yes. On WordPress, every core, plugin and theme update is tested on a staging copy first, then deployed, then checked again. On Webflow there are no plugin updates to run; instead we snapshot the site before any change so it can be rolled back in seconds.
If an update causes an issue, we roll back immediately using our backup system. We monitor sites 24/7 and address critical issues as soon as they’re detected.
We perform daily automated backups stored off-site. Backups are retained for 90 days, so we can restore your site to any point within that period if needed.
Yes, our maintenance plans are flexible with no long-term contracts. You can cancel or pause anytime. We believe in earning your trust, not locking you in.
01. How does white-label work exactly?
We operate as your invisible development team. All communication is branded under your agency. We never contact your clients directly. You take full credit for the work.
Yes, we’re happy to sign NDAs to protect your client relationships and proprietary information. Confidentiality is a core part of how we operate.
Absolutely. We have a team structure that allows us to manage multiple agency relationships and projects simultaneously without compromising quality or timelines.
Three monthly tiers, from $747, that cover both WordPress and Webflow work under one plan. Care plans are $97 per site per month. One-off projects start at $497. Every number is public on our Pricing page. We don’t publish the developer hours inside each tier; email team@devhush.com and we’ll tell you.
01. What technologies do you work with?
WordPress (custom themes, Elementor, Divi, Avada, Flatsome, Gutenberg, ACF, JetEngine, WooCommerce, WPML) and Webflow (Designer, CMS, Ecommerce, Memberships, Localization, interactions, Client-first). Plus the usual around them: HTML, CSS, JavaScript, PHP, Figma, Zapier and Make, common CRMs and analytics.
Yes, performance is a priority. We optimize images, implement caching, minify code, and follow best practices to ensure fast load times and good Core Web Vitals scores.
We build with SEO best practices in mind, clean code, proper heading structure, schema markup, and optimized images. For ongoing SEO strategy, we can recommend partners.
We don’t resell hosting. For WordPress we set up and configure the site on the host you or your client choose (WP Engine, Kinsta, Cloudways, SiteGround or others). Webflow sites run on Webflow’s own hosting, which we set up under your or your client’s account.
01. Can you design a website from scratch, or only build our designs?
Both. Bring a finished Figma file and we build it pixel-accurate. Or bring wireframes, content, or a one-paragraph brief and our UX/UI designers take it from idea to approved design before the build. You approve at wireframe and at final design.
Yes. One capacity pool covers both. A landing page designed Monday can be in development Wednesday, same team, same plan.
WordPress (custom themes, Elementor, Divi, Avada, Flatsome, Gutenberg, ACF, JetEngine, WooCommerce, WPML), Webflow (Designer, CMS, Ecommerce, Memberships, Localization, interactions, Client-first), and Framer (CMS, animations, components). Plus the usual around them: HTML, CSS, JavaScript, PHP, Figma, Zapier and Make, common CRMs and analytics.
Yes. Figma is our most common starting point, and we also work from Adobe XD, Sketch, Zeplin, or PSD. We build pixel-accurate and do not redesign unless you ask us to
Yes. Redesigns, migrations in any direction, and ongoing care plans for WordPress and Webflow sites.
Brand identity from scratch, social media graphics, general graphic design, native mobile apps, custom SaaS products, content writing, and link building. We design and build websites.
01. How does white-label work exactly?
We operate as your invisible design and development team. All communication is branded under your agency. We never contact your clients directly, never appear in emails, files, or footers. You take full credit for the work. If your client asks who built the site, the answer is ‘our team.’
Yes, happily. Confidentiality is a core part of how we operate.
Yes. Slack, Teams, ClickUp, Asana, Trello, Basecamp, or our client portal. You keep your process; we fit into it.
Yes. Our team structure is built to run multiple agency relationships and projects simultaneously without compromising quality or timelines.
We perform daily automated backups stored off-site. Backups are retained for 90 days, so we can restore your site to any point within that period if needed.
Yes, our maintenance plans are flexible with no long-term contracts. You can cancel or pause anytime. We believe in earning your trust, not locking you in.
01. Who actually does the work?
A senior-only team in Dhaka: 9 WordPress developers, 2 Webflow developers, 1 Framer developer, 1 UX/UI designer, plus project management and quality review. Minimum five years of agency-grade experience, no junior tier.
Yes. Every build is reviewed on desktop and mobile before you see a staging link. Design work passes through the wireframe and final-design gates with your approval.
A dedicated PM, your single point of contact for scope, timeline, status, and coordination. On Business tier you also get direct access to the developers.
All client knowledge lives in a continuously updated Client Profile. Any transition happens over one week with overlap.
NDAs on request, best-practice security on every build, and daily off-site backups with 90-day retention on maintained sites.
01. How quickly can we start?
About 48 hours if you go straight to the trial week; 3 to 5 days with full onboarding.
Most requests ship in 24 to 48 hours on Pro and Business, 48 to 72 hours on Starter, sameday on Business for critical work. Every request has an agreed ship date, and if we miss it the hours on that request are free.
Landing pages: a few days. Full sites with custom functionality: typically 2 to 3 weeks. Complex projects are scoped individually with clear timelines.
A landing page: wireframe in 1 to 2 days, hi-fi design in 2 to 3 days after approval.
Business tier includes a same-day lane for critical work. On other tiers, tell your PM and we will give you the fastest honest option.
01. How does pricing work?
Three monthly tiers from $747 that cover design and development on WordPress, Webflow, and Framer under one plan. Care plans are $97 per site per month. One-off projects start at $497 with the Launch Sprint. Every number is public on our Pricing page.
Each tier reserves a block of senior hours every month: 30 on Starter, 70 on Pro, 150 on Business. Your PM scopes every request before we start, so you always know what a request will use. That works out to about $25, $21, and $20 per senior hour
Yes, up to ROLLOVER CAP of your monthly block carries into the next month.
Two options, and we tell you which is cheaper: a temporary tier bump for that month, or a fixed overage rate of OVERAGE RATE per hour.
No setup fees, no hidden charges. Monthly plans cancel anytime. Annual plans, which include the trial week, run to the end of the year. Partners keep their pricing for at least 12 months after any increase.
Anytime. Upgrades take effect immediately; downgrades at the next billing cycle.
01. Can I test you first?
Yes. The free trial week: 2 or 3 real tasks, design or development, five days, no payment. If we are not a fit, you keep the work.
Every request is scoped with an agreed ship date. If it ships late for any reason on our side, the hours on that request are credited on your next monthly report, automatically.
Revisions are included until it is right. For design, you approve at wireframe and at final design before anything is built.
Your PM flags it before the deadline moves, with the reason and the new date, and the ontime guarantee applies to the request.
Cancel anytime on monthly plans. We hand off every file, credential, and work in progress cleanly, white-label to the end, within five business days.
Because the same senior team that serves our partners runs every trial. Four is the number that keeps trial quality identical to partner quality.
Two things. The Launch Sprint: one landing page designed and built in five days, from $497, no subscription. And the free Agency Website Delivery Kit if you are still researching
01. How does this compare with hiring?
A senior in-house designer or developer runs $85K to $110K a year each, takes months to find, and gives zero coverage when they are out. DevHush Pro is $17,964 a year for a whole team.
Freelancers are $30K to $60K a year with hidden management cost and no coverage. We are a dedicated team with a PM, QA, and the same people every time.
Yes. Predictable delivery cost per project, plus care plans you resell at $200 to $350 on our $97. The margin worksheet in the free kit shows the math on your own numbers.
That is the point. Your capacity to say yes stops depending on who is available this week.
