Pricing questions agencies ask

One piece of work being actively done at a time. On Starter that is one request in progress, on Pro two in parallel, on Business three or more. You can queue as many requests as you like.
No. No setup fees, onboarding fees, or hidden charges on any plan. Your monthly price is the total cost.
Annual plans are billed once upfront at a 15% discount versus monthly. You also get a free trial week before committing, so you validate the work before paying for the year.
Yes. Upgrades take effect immediately. Downgrades take effect at the next billing cycle.
Two options: we temporarily upgrade your tier for that month, or we bill the extra hours at the published overage rate. We always tell you which is cheaper up front.
Monthly plans cancel anytime with no termination fees and a clean handoff within five business days. Annual plans, which include the trial week, cancel at the end of the year. We do not lock anyone in past their commitment.
Starter reserves 30 hours, Pro 70, and Business 150. Up to the rollover cap carries into next month. Your tier reserves capacity for you whether you use it or not, and most agencies use their full block within the first 60 days.
Yes. If you run more than 15 active client sites or need more than three parallel workstreams, we build a custom plan on top of Business: more developers, a dedicated senior PM, and a signed SLA. Book a call with Alamin and we will size it together.
Every request gets an agreed ship date when it is scoped. If it ships after that date for any reason on our side, the hours on that request are credited on your next monthly report. Simple, automatic, no negotiation.
For monthly plans, cancel anytime without penalty. For annual plans, the trial week is your protection: you do not pay the annual amount until the trial proves we are a fit.
Your locked-in price stays the same as long as you remain on the same tier. If we raise prices for new clients, existing clients keep their original pricing for at least 12 months from the change.
