Development Plan FAQs

How do I request work and get updates?

We offer two flexible collaboration options:

  • Use your own project management tool: We can join your existing Trello, Asana, ClickUp or other system. You create tasks there, and all communication and updates happen inside your workflow.

  • Use our client portal: Our secure portal lets you create and prioritize tasks, attach files and communicate with us. You’ll still receive email notifications for every update.

Either way, you’ll receive daily progress notes and notifications when tasks are completed.

Yes. Our subscription model allows you to submit as many tasks as you need. We work on one task at a time and move to the next when it’s complete. There are no limits on task types, but we ask clients to keep the volume reasonable each month.
Anything WordPress‑related: new site builds, redesigns, themes, block development, plugin, bug fixes, security hardening, performance tuning, content migration and on‑page SEO. We also assist with design tweaks, analytics configuration and CRM or marketing integrations. Limited Shopify tweaks (content updates and template adjustments) are supported;
Timeframes depend on complexity. As a guideline, two simple landing pages can be developed in about 4-6 days on a Starter plan. A five‑page custom design typically takes roughly 2 weeks on our Pro plan. Custom themes with advanced fields and integrations may also take around 2 weeks on our Business tier. We provide a detailed estimate after reviewing your project brief.
Minor tasks—content edits, styling fixes, plugin updates—are generally turned around in 12–48 hours. Larger items (e.g., new features or complex integrations) will be scoped and scheduled accordingly.
We work primarily with digital and web agencies, consultants and freelancers managing multiple client sites.
We do more than maintain sites. Our plans cover unlimited WordPress tasks of any type—including full site builds, customise theme and plugin, data migration and server setup. We work under your brand, providing daily progress updates and flexible integration with your existing tools.
Yes. You can upgrade to a higher‑capacity plan at any time. For agencies managing more than 100 sites, please contact us for a custom solution.

We handle WordPress sites of all shapes and sizes—brochure sites, corporate sites, WooCommerce stores, membership platforms, LMS and e‑Learning portals. If you have specific requirements or a non‑WordPress platform, contact us to see if we can help.

Yes. Our Bucket of Hours plan (valid for 12 months) allows you to purchase a block of development hours for one‑off builds, redesigns or sporadic tasks.
Credentials are shared securely through password vaults like LastPass. We only request the logins necessary for your project and maintain strict confidentiality.
Our development team operates overnight Eastern Time to deliver tasks by the next morning. Your project manager overlaps with your time zone (e.g., Asia/Dhaka) for real‑time communication.
Yes. You can schedule calls or Zoom sessions with your project manager whenever you need.
You’ll receive a welcome email within an hour and access to our portal. We schedule an onboarding call within 12 hours to collect details (design files, credentials, project brief) and start work immediately thereafter.
Absolutely. Upgrades take effect immediately with prorated billing; downgrades take effect at your next renewal.
We bill monthly on your signup date. There are no hidden fees; plans are month‑to‑month with no long‑term contracts.
We provide a 7‑day risk‑free trial period. If you’re not satisfied within the first week, you can cancel anytime.

Care Plan FAQs

What is included in the Care Plan?

Our Care Plan covers essential maintenance tasks to keep your WordPress sites secure, fast and reliable. It includes:

  • Daily backups with 90‑day retention

  • Core, theme and plugin updates (staged first when necessary)

  • Security monitoring, malware scanning and firewall configuration

  • Uptime and performance monitoring

  • Monthly white‑label reports summarising updates, backups and site health

You also receive 30 minutes of development time per site each month for small fixes or restorations.

Our technical support hours are 12:00 AM–10:30 AM Eastern Time, Monday–Friday. Tickets submitted outside these hours are addressed during the next support window.
We’ll ask for WordPress admin and server (FTP/SFTP) credentials. If you have custom plugins, please let us know so we can handle updates carefully.
We perform routine updates on live sites. For sites that haven’t been updated for a long time or when major updates are released, we use a staging site and wait for your approval before pushing changes live.
Multisite and multi‑network configurations are evaluated case‑by‑case. Please contact us to discuss your setup.
We continuously monitor for malware and will manually verify any alerts. In case of an infection, we prioritise cleanup and can restore your site using the latest backup. If more than 30 minutes of manual work is required, we’ll use time from your development plan or quote additional hours.
Yes. We can provide white‑label access to our portal so your clients can submit tickets without seeing our branding. You decide whether they see our comments or only yours.
We work with all hosting providers. However, extremely low‑cost shared hosting can limit our ability to achieve optimal performance. Enterprise cloud platforms may incur additional fees due to their complexity.
Backups run automatically every day and are retained for 90 days. You can request custom backup times if needed.
We back up your entire WordPress database and all files (themes, plugins, media) but exclude cache and log files to reduce bloat.
We typically expect sites up to 5 GB; larger sites are supported at no extra charge, but please notify us during onboarding.
We scan all files and databases daily. Our firewall helps block brute‑force attacks and malicious traffic, but no system can guarantee absolute protection. Keeping WordPress and plugins updated is crucial.
No security provider can guarantee absolute protection. We follow best practices and respond immediately if an issue occurs.
Backups from the last 90 days are retained.
This time can be used for restoring from backups, copy edits, minor bug fixes, troubleshooting or other small tasks. For larger tasks, use your Development Plan or purchase extra hours.
