Privacy Policy

This policy explains what personal information DevHush collects, why we collect it, who we share it with and the choices you have. We wrote it in plain English. If anything is unclear, email team@devhush.com.

Who we are

DevHush designs and builds websites and GoHighLevel systems for marketing and web agencies, under the agency's brand. We work with businesses, not consumers. In this policy, "DevHush," "we" and "us" mean DevHush LLC, a Wyoming limited liability company at 30 N Gould St Ste N, Sheridan, WY 82801, USA, which runs devhush.com. "You" means anyone who visits our site, fills in a form, books a call, emails us or works with us.

What this policy covers

This policy covers:
• Our website, devhush.com, and its forms
• Calls you book with us
• Emails and messages between you and us
• Our partner portal
• Free resources you download from us, like the Agency Growth Stack

It does not cover personal data on your clients' websites or systems that we handle while doing work for your agency. For that data, we act as your service provider and follow your instructions and our service agreement. See Section 9.

What we collect

Information you give us:
• Your name, work email, role and agency name
• Your agency website and the websites you ask us to check, like client or prospect URLs
• What you write in forms, emails and messages, and files you upload
• Details you share when you book a call, like team size and the work you want to hand off
• Billing details, like the company name and address on your invoice. Card or bank details are handled by our payment provider, not stored by us.
• Your mobile number, only if you choose to give it to us

Information we collect automatically:
• Device and browser type, pages viewed, time on page and the site that sent you
• Your IP address and approximate location (city or region level)
• Cookie and similar data. See our Cookie Policy

Information we get from others:
• Business contact details from public sources and business data providers, like your name, role, work email and company website. We use these to contact agencies about our services.
• Referrals from our partner agencies
• Scheduling, email and payment tools, when you book, write or pay

How we use it

We use personal information to:
• Reply to you and run calls you book
• Deliver the services and resources you ask for
• Send invoices and keep business records
• Send you emails about our services, which you can stop at any time
• Run, secure and improve our website and portal
• Measure which ads and pages work, using cookies you allow
• Follow the law and protect our rights

Where the law requires a legal basis (for example, for visitors in the EU or UK), we rely on: doing what you asked us to do or a contract with you; our legitimate interest in running and growing a business-to-business service; your consent, where we ask for it; and legal duties.

Emails we send

We may email business addresses about our services. Every marketing email shows who we are and includes a way to unsubscribe. If you unsubscribe, we stop marketing emails within 10 business days. We still send emails you need, like invoices or replies about your project.

Text messages

If you give us your mobile number and agree to receive texts, we may text you about your request, your call or your project. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to opt out at any time, or HELP for help.

We do not share mobile numbers or text message consent with third parties or affiliates for their marketing or promotional purposes.

Who we share it with

We share personal information only with:
• Service providers that help us run the business, under contracts that limit how they use it. These include our CRM and marketing platform (GoHighLevel), email delivery, scheduling, website hosting, analytics, payment processing, file storage and work tools.
• Professional advisers, like lawyers and accountants
• Authorities, when the law requires it or to protect our rights or someone's safety
• A buyer or successor, if our business is sold or merged, under the same protections

We do not sell personal information for money. Some advertising cookies may count as "sharing" for ads under certain US state laws. You can turn those off in Cookie settings, and we honor Global Privacy Control signals.

Data we handle for agencies

When we build or maintain a site or system for your agency, we may see personal data that belongs to your client or their customers, like form entries or contacts in a CRM. For that data:

• We act as your service provider (or processor) and follow your instructions
• We use it only to do the work you asked for
• We never contact your clients or their customers
• We return or delete it when the work ends, unless the law says we must keep it
• Our service agreement with your agency sets the details, including any data processing terms

International transfers

DevHush LLC is registered in the United States. Our team works from Bangladesh, and some of our service providers are in the United States and other countries. Your information may be stored or viewed outside the country where you live. When the law requires it, we use safeguards such as standard contractual clauses.

How long we keep it

We keep personal information only as long as we need it:
• Partner and billing records: for the time the law requires for tax and accounting
• Project files: for the length of the partnership, then returned or deleted as agreed
• Marketing contacts: until you unsubscribe or ask us to delete your details
• Website analytics: for the periods set in each tool, as listed in our Cookie Policy

How we protect it

We use access controls, strong passwords, two-factor login where tools support it, and encrypted connections. Only people who need data for their work can see it. No system is perfectly secure, so we can't promise absolute security, but we work to protect your information and will tell you if a breach affects you, as the law requires.

Your choices and rights

Depending on where you live, you may have the right to:
• Know what personal information we hold about you and get a copy
• Correct information that is wrong
• Delete your information
• Stop marketing emails and texts
• Opt out of "sharing" for targeted ads
• Object to or limit some uses, and withdraw consent
• Appeal our decision on your request
• Complain to your local data protection authority

To make a request, email team@devhush.com. We may ask you to confirm who you are. We reply within the time the law sets. We won't treat you differently for using your rights.

Children

Our website and services are for businesses. They are not meant for anyone under 16, and we don't knowingly collect their information. If you think we have, email us and we will delete it.

Changes to this policy

If we change this policy, we update the date at the top. If a change is significant, we say so on this page or by email.
