About The Project

Scott Sutton wanted a visually engaging and community-focused website that would accurately represent the Camp Tecumseh YMCA brand while delivering a welcoming and easy-to-navigate experience for visitors.
The primary goal was to transform the provided Figma design into a fully functional Elementor-based WordPress website while preserving the original visual direction, responsive behavior, branding consistency, and modern nonprofit presentation.
The platform needed to showcase youth camp programs, outdoor activities, retreats, community engagement initiatives, donation opportunities, and camp experiences in a highly organized and visually immersive format.
The project also required fully responsive layouts optimized for smartphones, tablets, laptops, and desktop devices to ensure parents, donors, and visitors could easily browse programs and engage with the organization from any device.
The website needed to maintain strong responsiveness, SEO visibility, and fast loading performance while supporting media-rich layouts, storytelling sections, donation-focused presentation, and image-heavy camp experiences.
DevHush handled the complete Figma-to-Elementor conversion, WordPress development, responsive optimization, SEO improvements, and performance enhancements throughout the project.
