Why now

Your clients are already asking

Online stores, clinics, restaurants, law firms and local governments all need accessible sites. Here are the plain facts.

Lawsuits keep rising

Seyfarth Shaw counted 3,117 federal website accessibility lawsuits in the US in 2025, up 27 percent.

Public deadlines are fixed

The ADA Title II rule sets April 26, 2027 for state and local governments serving 50,000 people or more. Smaller entities follow on April 26, 2028.

Widgets don't fix it

An overlay does not change the code. Real fixes happen in the theme and templates. That is the work we do.

Audit, $890

A real audit, tested by people

Up to 20 page templates. Automated scans plus manual testing. A white-label report in 5 business days.

Book fixes within 30 days and half the audit fee, $445, comes off the fix price.

What we test

Home, service, product, cart, checkout, blog and form pages. One live URL for each template.

How we test

Automated scans, keyboard only, screen readers on desktop and iPhone, zoom to 200 percent, contrast, forms and errors.

What you get

A report under your logo. Every issue graded A, AA or AAA, with who it affects and how to fix it.

A summary owners can read

Page one explains the top issues in plain words, so your client gets it in two minutes.

Prices

Every accessibility price, in dollars

Fixes

From report to fixed site

Fixes go into the code, not an overlay. Our developers fix and test every issue on staging first.

Step 1

1. Audit

We test up to 20 templates and grade every issue.

Step 2

2. Fixed price

You get a remediation price based on the audit. You approve it before work starts.

Step 3

3. Fix and retest

We fix every A and AA issue from the audit, then retest each fixed template by hand.

Step 4

4. Statement

We write an accessibility statement your client can publish: what was tested, the date and a contact for problems.

AAA items are listed as recommendations. We quote them separately if your client wants them.

After the fix

Keep it fixed as content changes

New pages, images and plugins bring new issues. A monthly scan catches them early.

Accessibility monitoring, $59 a site a month

A monthly scan of key templates, fixes up to 1 hour and a log. For sites not on Care.

The standard choice

Care+, $149 a site a month

Everything in Care, plus the monthly accessibility scan, fixes up to 1 hour and the full white-label client report.

From December 2026

For agencies that serve public entities

Do you build sites for cities, counties, school districts or utilities? They face fixed Title II deadlines, lots of PDFs and many forms.

What's in the package

An audit of site templates plus the top PDFs and forms. A and AA fixes. PDF remediation per page. An accessibility statement. Monthly monitoring.

One fixed number

Priced from our menu and quoted as one total you can put in a proposal.

The standard

Title II uses WCAG 2.1 AA. We build and test to WCAG 2.2 AA, which includes 2.1.

Still white-label

You hold the contract with the public client. We work behind your agency.

Straight talk

What we can and can't promise

Accessibility has legal weight. So we are careful with words, and we help you be careful too.

We promise

Testing against WCAG, a written report, fixes in code, a retest and a statement. New pages are built to WCAG 2.2 AA and tested.

We never say

We never call a site compliant or certified, and we never promise it can't be sued. No one can honestly promise that. Sites change, and new content can bring new issues.

On every report

"This report records the results of testing selected templates against WCAG 2.2 at the date shown. It is a technical assessment, not legal advice or a certification of legal compliance."

Demand letters

If your client already has one, we can audit and fix. Their lawyer leads the legal side.

Partners

Invisible to your clients

825+ websites shipped for 72+ agencies.

"We've built over 25+ websites with DevHush. The work's always solid, the team's responsive, and our clients never know we've got a dev partner behind the curtain."

Hans, Founder, Nerox

"Had a great experience with the team. They work quietly behind the scenes and make everything click. Super friendly setup for agencies."

FAQ

Questions about accessibility work

Will this make my client's site legally safe?

No one can honestly promise that. We test against WCAG, fix the issues in the audit and retest. The report records results at a date. It is not legal advice.

Why not just install an overlay widget?

Overlays don't change the code, so the barriers stay. We fix the theme and templates. If a site runs an overlay, we suggest removing it after the fixes.

Why do I need an audit before you quote fixes?

Fixes depend on what is broken. The audit gives a fixed remediation price. Book fixes within 30 days and $445 of the audit fee comes off.

Which standard do you test against?

WCAG 2.2 AA for private businesses. For state and local governments, Title II uses WCAG 2.1 AA, and we report both.

Will my client know you did the work?

No. Reports, statements and PDFs carry your brand only. We never contact, pitch or accept work from your clients, during the partnership and for 24 months after. It is in the contract, with a penalty.

My client got a demand letter. Can you help?

Yes, we can audit and fix the site. Your client's lawyer handles the claim. We don't give legal advice.
