Do you test updates before they go live?
Yes. On WordPress, we test every update on a staging copy, deploy it, then check again. On Webflow and Framer, we take a snapshot before any change.
What happens if an update breaks something?
We roll back from the backup and fix the cause. You hear from us in writing, so you can tell your client before they notice.
Can I cancel?
Yes. No long-term contract. Cancel or pause a site anytime.
Do you provide hosting?
No. We look after the site on the host you or your client choose.
Will my client know you do the work?
No. Reports carry your logo only. We never contact, pitch or accept work from your clients, during the partnership and for 24 months after. It is in the contract, with a penalty.
What is the difference between Care and Care+?
Care keeps the site updated, backed up and monitored. Care+ adds a monthly accessibility scan with fixes and the full client report.
